Dear Samsung Support Team,

I have been a loyal member of the Samsung family for over 10 years, and I truly appreciate the brand's innovation and quality. However, I am extremely disappointed to see a pink line appear on my Galaxy S23 display after the latest update.

I recently visited a Samsung Authorized Service Center and raised a complaint regarding this issue. Upon inspection, they confirmed that there is no physical damage to my device. However, I was informed that this is the first time they have received such a complaint for the S23 and that the issue is not eligible for a replacement.

This phone was a gift, and I have always admired its exceptional camera clarity and features. However, the response from the service center has left me quite disappointed. Given that this issue seems to be software-related and not due to physical damage, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.

I would appreciate your prompt support in addressing this issue. Please let me know the available solutions at the earliest.
