It’s so funny that when they say "we kindly request you to visit the Samsung authorized service center. For out-of-warranty conditions, a service charge of BDT 400 to 500 (for official purposes only) will be applicable, and VAT will be added. The service center will confirm the price of any required parts." why we buy official device 2X prices? Samsung service centre and customer care departments denied free screen replacement eventhough it's companies fault. Samsung is scamming their own customers.

Tag samsung service here , i think if there's no dent on frame, screen will be replaced free.
