Galaxy SI did get email response for replacement on verification of physical/liquid damage(which is not in my case).
Kindly reply to:
1. Did the service centre replaced the screen on the spot?
2. In case not replaced on the spot, what was he timeline taken? Can it be simply handed over in maintenance mode? Is data safe?
