S21 Ultra Overheating issues

Hi Everyone, 

I am writing this to share my experience with latest and greatest of Samsung. Its a great device, great battery life, stunning display, superb cameras and list goes on. But there's one thing which has bee bothering me way too much is the overhearing issues while using camera. This device gets heated up that I have to put down, let it cool and then after 20 mins if i have given it enough time to cool down, can only use it. Had to switch off on couple of occasions. Device is running on latest patch i.e. AUC8. Its such a shame to have such issues on a device well over a lakh INR. Any Solutions to this problem? This is getting our of hand...

I also experienced the similar issue here. I just bought the unit one week ago, but it gets very hot even i only use it for normal browsing or intense whatsapp chat.. My old Xiaomi Mi A 1 never get this hot to be honest

The phone always feel warm to the touch. Even though the battery temperatures are acceptable, the back of the phone feels hot to the touch always. Opening the camera app still takes my device to 38°C. Even on May update. Exynos 2100 is a failure as all other Exynos that came before it. Absolute horrendous experience with S21 Ultra. Never ever buying a Samsung again in my life.

No resolution so far on the issue and it is becoming extremely difficult now to use my S21 ultra. No improvement after multiple software updates that came up. And I waited for almost 4 months now thinking that it would be resolved. What is the solution here now Samsung?

Learn the lesson next time and return the phone, dont expect anyone to indulge you after you paid.

This is a serious issue that renders the device almost unusable. It slows to a crawl due to oveheating.

I'm thinking about returning it.

I am tired of this issue now.

I was trying to record my family today, within 5 minutes the Camera app is being auto closed due to over heating... I live in the UAE, which is a fairly hot country.... This is unacceptable. S22Ultradisappointment

I have overheating issues too..i am on a holiday..but the camera keeps shutting down because of heat....this need a fix!!

Phone gets super hot when a multi window software or camera is open. It becomes so hot that one cannot hold it. Such issue is unacceptable.

While using uhd video recorder within a minute over heating warnings pops up and recording gets disabled for several minutes. Can't even record a 2 min video in samsung s21 ultra!

I do have the same thing here my S21 ultra get insanely overheated but Samsung rejected to fix or replace it they said the technician check it it's normal
