For the s21 5G India region already updated to android 12 and one UI 4.why gulf region still not received this update ?

Beta update or the official?

As per the article India already got the update even some utube videos area available .most of them are not in english.they says they received .means it's not beta

But Samsung themself hasn't yet released the officla one ui 4. I think it's just the beta version. The one ui 4.0 beta was released in India on Oct 6th 2021.
