This is utterly nonsense..after paying up a lakh rupees and having such issue with most premium phone from Samsung...wonder why aren't they doing anything

My phone was in the service. They did not find a fault. Samsung what are you doing ??

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

* Clear camera lens with a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

* Reset camera settings
Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.   

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

I have the same issue...tried everything. Service center returned the phone saying the camera is working fine

It's not resolved yet even after samsung team trying all tricks online taking remote access of my phone. Have to visit service centre of this now I guess
