I bought S21 Ultra 2 weeks back. Never dropped it and the phone is mostly sitting on the table due to WFH.
Yesterday I kept the phone on the table at night and I was surprised to see the cracks on the Telephoto lens today when I picked up the phone in morning.
This is a similar issue that the S20 users are facing. This is definitely a design flaw. I just can't believe this is happening to a flagship phone.

Now I have to run around to get it fixed in the middle of the pandemic.

No. This is happening with other users as well. Look at the Samsung US Community. Many users facing this in S21 Ultra as well.

Can you share some links? Haven't seen it in news or in YouTube, because if people post this on the US community, it is guaranteed to be in the news.

From what I saw in that post, the owner was unaware of what exactly caused the issue, and I assume that something hit the glass really hard, because otherwise it eouldn't break in that manner, even another person commented the same. I am not sure though. Contact Samsung and see what they say.

I've got the s21 ultra and 2 of the camera lenses have cracks in them, just phoned Samsung who I brought the phone direct from to be told its not covered by warranty. Bunch of useless  **bleep** holes. This is my first and last Samsung.

For S20 Samsung a knowledged that it is because of pressure build up in the camera lens. Refer the link attached in the post.

Cheapest material used in very very expensive phone. They might spent just 5000 for the device but selling it for 1.05 lakhs..
