Samsung India Situation These Days...

Samsung India service for premium mobile users....

The promises are made for 5 yrs security patches and 4 yrs major update but monthly patches are not on time. Overpromise Underdelivery... 🤣 seems like need to switch to other brand due to careless support of Samsung India.

Bro idhar toh 10-15 days late rhta hai dusre brands mai 1-2 sal bad 6 months mai bhi nhi bhejte security patch. Android world mai i don't think after pixel koi itna update at least bhej rha. And Apple ka case smjho asa hi hai jaise class room mai 1 bacha hai aur wo first aa rha 😁

Bhai mujhe monthly security patch mil rahe hai isliye mujhe koi dilkat nahi hai jabki mere friend ke realme gt neo 2 me quarterly aate hai

Bhai mene kisi se compare krna hee nai hai... Realme wale customer 1 lakh nai dete woh dete toh realme unhe v dedeta shyd. Humne samsung ko dia hai toh gali v samsung ko denge promise samsung ne kia hai. Realme Oppo Oneplus Xiaomi Vivo dur dur tk pass nahi hai Samsung ke in terms of update (Excpt Pixel) I know. What I m saying is if they are promising and charging toh they shld deliver.
