Normal 1x camera is stuck won't focus, pictures come out blurry. All other camera lenses work great. Anyone having the same issue? Tried resetting, clearing camera data and cahe, safe mode and also did a factory reset but the issue is still there.

Gave it to the Samsung service center and the phone was returned saying the camera is working well however after using the camera the problem still persist. The service center stopped replying to my calls and messages. Spent Rs. 1.05 lakh on this phone and can't get it fixed. Phone is under warranty. ANY HELP?

I'm also facing the same issue and only noticed that its a common issue. I shake the phone a bit and it gets fixed temporarily. I've taken the mobile to service center. To my bad, the issue was not showing and could not show them. They said they will update the software to latest Android 12 and One Ui 4, which I already did yesterday. I don't know if the reason why I was not able to show the issue was because of the latest update. But yet to be seen.

Hi man, this is a camera hardware issue, and a software update won't fix it. Samsung is no Apple when it comes to software updates on fixing bugs.

I had to visit the service center twice to get the camera replaced. After resetting your camera setting and using the camera in safe mode, If the problem persists, go back to the service center and have them diagnose the issue.

Agree a 100%. They said that they have updated the software and if still exist, they will replace the camera module. Guess what, I came home and its the same. So have to go back. But thanks for thos thread, atleast I came to know that its not a one off case.
