Yesterday I was makeing payment suddenly my s21 ultra went black wow Samsung great job I mean how can it be. now it's sits in service center before that I tried everything that mentioned in internet no use hard reset, using charger etc.phone is working but no display only black screen such a disappointment.now it's in warranty fine what if happens after warranty ends I'm disappointed because this black screen of dead is common between Samsung recent flagship still they din't fixed in s21 series.thumbs down Samsung.

😞😞 paid a lac for this shit I can't resist when he was dissembling. Even if its ready still its not perfect factory fit the way it is to be it's just 23 days.so beware for s21 ultra users

That's why Apple is better because they give you a brand new device if something like this ever happens.

im not saying Samsung is worst. Samsung is good i love their devices but they don't care what customers have to say

Rip your ip rating. Instead you could ask for a replacement. Coz loosing features just cause of their mistake doesn't makes sense at all that too on a 1Lakh . Afaik once device any part is replaced, while removing internals you will loose your ip68 forever

Ip rating is not affected as they seal it properly before giving back and they vacuum test with a machine which they perform after they reseal it.

Coz he just apply a tape/adhesive. I already had a screen replacement experience from s10, I even tested it.

No, he once said in his video. He could clearly replace the battery of his S8 and continue using it. But that would remove his ip rating

He doesn't have any machine to make them waterproof again, but samsung service center have that kind of machine.

No dude, if he get it repaired from samsung official service center then he won't lose his IP rating. As I've replaced my note 8 battery twice and display once from samsung service center in warranty but it never losed it IP rating. I even got it confirmed from them and ive also used it in rains and pool many times after those but it never created any issue.

I experienced the same problem only after 2nd day of purchase .
At about 9:30 PM , I tried every
dam thing (button) but all in vain, it was so embarrassing for me that I couldn't sleep upto 3:00 AM Fortunately when I woke up at 9:00AM , I tried to start my S21 Ultra it showed battery 0% put on charge. After changing my phone to 10%, I turned my phone on & I was so glad to see the screen turning on. From that very day (30th Feb as I per ordered S21 ultra) device is working fine, no problem at all.
