Hi,

Ever since I got my Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus I have an issue where when either making or receiving calls I can hear the other person but they can''t hear me. Out of 10 calls facing 7 calls with this issue. And call drop

Initially I thought it might be a signal problem but i tried in other phone it working fine.

I tried software updated and factory reset 4 times but still same problem

If I call via WhatsApp then it is totally fine so its not a problem with the microphone. It happens whether i''m using the phone as normal or with earbuds.

In addition sometimes when someone calls I press the button to answer the call and it says it has answered but the phone is still calling mode, call duration not start after 5 to 10 sec it start or call end (drop) so the call isn''t actually connected. i attached screen shots also in this mail

It feels like it is an issue with the phone and not my signal as with my old phone it was fine in the same areas and no issue.

any one facing this issue ?

Does anyone have an answer to this ... I had a S9+ doing this ... so I bought an S21 and it's even worse!
