S21 - Getting notifications for incoming calls to SIM1 while on call through SIM2

Hi all,

I am new with dual-SIM feature, so excuse me if the question looks weird :)

I've got a galaxy S21 with physical SIM1 (personal purposes) and eSIM2 (work purposes).

If I get an incoming call to SIM1 while on another SIM1 call - I get all relevant notifications, everything works well.

If I get an incoming call to eSIM2 while on another eSIM2 call - everything works perfect as well.

BUT:

If I get a call to eSIM2 while I'm on another SIM1-call, or vice versa, getting a call to SIM1 while on eSIM2-call, I don't get any notification for the missed call.

The caller thinks I will see his missed call and is waiting me to call him back, while I don't get any notification for this missed call.

Is there any way to sort this issue out? I believe I'm not the first encountering this problem :)

Enable this in settings:
Settings -> connections --> sim card manager --> more sim card settings -> dual sim always on

I have dual Sim always on but don't get calls from another sim

After enabling this even if you are on call on sim1 and get a call on sim2, you will get call waiting notification

I tried on my phone and whenever I'm on call via sim2 and someone tries calling on sim1 the message is number is out of coverage area

Yes, it is for most phones. Please check your supplementary service settings and if not set then set your sim1 number in sim2 and vice versa for call forwarding.
