S21 Fe Network issue

When my mobile got hot network 5g switch to 4g.. there is no executive or admin from samsung to reply to us for the any device related issue ...why they operate this community? I think this community is only for us users ..

Yes it is the problem from jio not samsung. I have same problem where i live. But in my working place it is not happening. It is a problem of that perticular area network. If your phone goes to 4g from 5g suddenly then just go to settings > connections > mobile network > select network mode to lte only and then again select it to 5G

No no i faced problem when my mobile get heat( warm )

After select LTE only , Manual network shows only jio 4g only and others

Problem is there ,S21fe get heat faster than other mobile. Please do something for it , otherwise we won't be able to enjoy true 5g ..
