Hello guys, I am facing a weird issue with my S21 FE from the day 1. I have my Jio SIM in slot 1 and BSNL SIM in slot 2. I mainly use internet through Jio. But the issue is, if both the sims are activated and if Jio mobile data is turned on, the Jio connection stops working very often. After every few minutes interval, only the "up arrow" below the LTE sign is shown and the "down arrow" remains grayed out (screenshot added). Both the calling features (if anyone calls me during this time, it is said that my phone is switched off) and internet don't work for a few seconds and then again it starts working for a few minutes. It happens again and again. But if I deactivate the BSNL SIM, this issue doesn't occur.

Have any of you come across the issue? If yes, then please let me know how to solve this. Thank you.

Not sometimes, this has been happening for me everyday and even every hour. Sometimes 2-3 times in an hour.

I have only one sim jio and it happens, others say my phn busyor unreachable but thats not the case..my previous samsung A71 had also this issue with jio.Thought its a fault of jio network but many users use jio, they do not complain, so i think its jio and samsung compatibility issue. Airtel, Vi sim working fine. Iphone has also same issue with jio

Don't update your samsung mobile phone.
As you will keep updating the mobile and time will pass and one day you'll think that this phone is useless and it's time to buy a new phone.
Samsung is crippling our devices monthly.

Yes I'm facing the same issue actually I'm regretting on buying Samsung s21 fe. I am also facing the same network issue the 4g mobile data breaking at frequent intervals, its not an issue with a particular sim. I'm facing it in all sim card.Definitely its a problem with the phone..
