S21 FE camera Quality like Chinese Phone

After september update S21fe photo quality like Chinese phone..... Night Photography polished... daylight Photography Downgraded.. samsung = Redmi

I don't know what problem are you facing but frankly speaking s21fe has the stunning camera. After September update nothing major changes, every camera mode works very well. Which 21fe do you use? Exynos or snapdragon??

Exynos camera got degraded heavily, specially the HDR got messed up, along with night mode.

Night mode was suffering from August patches.
Hdr is poor in September patch.
Apart from this, telephoto, 1x 3x 30x, videos, seems as it was earlier .

I've got the exynos version and my camera is working perfectly fine, I think there's some problem with your camera app try resetting it to default settings
