S21 Background Activity removing problem 😕

Hey, I'm using Samsung Galaxy S21, Japan, and Docomo Version. I've recently updated my Android version to 14 and OneUI 6.1, and now I'm seeing that I can't stop background activity from my phone. In the older version, I could easily stop them, but now I don't see any stop options. Can you guys help me how to stop that?

Looks like these are some essential services by your carrier because of which they have disabled the option to turn off background activity. The only option is to use adb commands to remove these apps all together
