remove active app in background notification

I don't want to see what all apps are in the background. Is there anyway I can remove this information displayed here? 

edit - guys I don't want to stop any app. I just don't want to see that information that any app is active in background.

Stop sending diagnostic from play store settings and force stop app
Also from setting app stop sending diagnostic data to google and samsung
