Yes I have asked Samsung about this and this is what they told. It's a bug which they will fix it soon.Guys I am a s21 ultra user I have spent some time to help you guys. I would appreciate if you accept my solution.

Pehle loot liye jitna lootna tha
Ab update de rahe hai
GOS ke time par onspot update de diye
But ye main problem ke liye itna time

Inquire in service centre once showing these message and tell them to compensate. But hope so it will be software issue and not hardware.
