S20 Ultra Problems with unlocking

I have a Galaxy S20 Ultra (SM-G988B) which has started to give me problems I wouldn't expect even from a phone older than this one. For starters, I have pattern and Fingerprint enabled, but sometimes pattern just freaks out (not even sometimes. It's like everytime I want to use it, it doesn't work.

As you can see in the video, when I try to make draw ANY pattern (which is recognixed as a valid pattern, i.e. joining more than 3 dots) it doesn't do anything immidiately as you would suppose. Instead, it takes its time and says that the pattern is incorrect even if its correct.

It is very problematic since many times it doesn't get fixed when I restart my phone and then I have no way of unlocking it. I just have to sit there so it fixes itself in some time. Sometimes when I get a call, it gets working again, but thats just luck.

Another problem is that sometimes it freaks out and blurts out static from speakers while vibrating uncontrollably. Then the vibration stops working and the bottom speaker stops working. Unfortunately I cannot how you this one so you will have to take me work for it.

It's same with me also some times it won't work properly
