S20 Plus Screen issue :Green Vertical line in the middle of the screen

I have bought Galaxy S20+ plus in October 2020 and till yesterday it was working absolutely fine but out of now a Green Vertical line started displaying un the middle of the screen.. 

I have researched it, many users across the world have faced this green line issue on their S20+ device.

Does anyone has the solution to it ! As my Device is now out of warranty and don't see the screen replacement as an option as it will cost me a lot and that too without any fault of mine.

White and green patches. Looked like an erased screen. I had to replace the display. I bought it in November 2020. Display replacement cost 15515 rupees

It has only one green line exactly in the middle of the screen.
It occurred out of now where today morning and few days after April security patch update.

I have the same problem with my S20+. We should unite and Samsung should resolve it with no cost.
