Green Line issue.

 I have been a samsung user for last 15 years. Started with samsung champ then i used almost every smartphone by samsung and others home appliances also. Currently using a s22 ultra and s24 ultra. Today i was charging my s22 ultra with genuine samsung charger and cable. When i unplug the charger and turn the phone on there was a green line vertically on the middle of the display. I never faced something like that before. I reached to the nearest service centre and they told me that if the line appeared horizontally then they will provide me a free screen replacement. But as the line is vertical they can not. After being a genuine samsung user and fan is this what i deserve?? Is it my fault that the green line appears vertically instead of horizontally?? If they can change the display for free for horizontal line then why it is not possible for vertical line also?? Right now i am feeling very broken. Feels like unjustice has been served with me. I never expect something like this from SAMSUNG ever. Seems like a nightmare to me. 

This is my earnest request to you that please solve my issue. I have never ever switched to any other brand rather than samsung. Not only me my whole family members are samsung user. Please give me justice.

Yes, it is a growing concern among users. Samsung should provide a concrete solution to address this issue and retain its customers.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
