I have bought Galaxy S20+ plus in October 2020 and till yesterday it was working absolutely fine but out of now a Green Vertical line started displaying un the middle of the screen.. 
I have researched it, many users across the world have faced this green line issue on their S20+ device.

Does anyone has the solution to it ! As my Device is now out of warranty and don't see the screen replacement as an option as it will cost me a lot and that too without any fault of mine.

Its seems it is a wide issue so more the complaints samsung gets they will replay like note 7 blasting issue 😂

Don't think they gonna go the Note 7 way but we need to keep our follow up with them.

To go Note 7 way ! They first have to acknowledge that screen issue is their hardware issue.

Request everyone here who facing screen line issue, should highlight the issue with Samsung service centre and to the customer care through email, more the complaint received chances of resolution will increase.
Currently am following it with them over email but no fruitful result yet as service centre guys asked me to cough out Rs.15500/- for screen replacement.

same issue for me as well. I bought the mobile on nov 2020 and since 2 days i got green vertical line😥

Welcome to the club.. show it to the service centre.. though they will quote some 15- 16k for replacement/ repair.. Do take follow it up with customer care.. it's their hardware issue
