S20 Plus Overheating while doing anything

HI ,

I have been using Galaxy S20 Plus from almost 2 months and facing serious heating issue while using camera, playing game and also just scrolling through many apps. This is very serious problem that a flagship device like this which cost around 80,000 INR is not performing good even like a mid range device. Also I have been using samsung from very long time I had S10 plus before this and no such problem found in that one. I love to take photos on my device and that's why I have spend so much money on this device but after just using camera 10-15 min for clicking photos phone gets so hot that it force me to close the camera app and i have to let the phone cool down for 10-15 min just to use the camera again this is very serious issue that 80K INR phone is behaving like this also I love to play game and with this phone I am facing so much issue like frame lag ,heating issue and all. I know this is because of Exynos version chipset but i have spent more than my one month salary on this device to get great experience not like this.



Please help me with this and don't tell me to just format the device as I know it won't solve the issues.

only a update can solve this issue brother...
According to the users who have signed up for one ui 3.0, they say that it has improved the battery life and the heating effects has been reduced..so wait for the new major update it should be fixed..until then try using your phone without cover or something, can't help with heating..exynos 990 is bad in these things..

Bro Now I'm using OneUI 3.1 still I had that heating issue as well battery draining with my s20plus

I already got the One UI 3.0 and nothing changed i, still got the issue and also the camera still npt usable after 10-20 min which is npt acceptable as i have spent a lot of mkney on this

Sadly you are stuck with this. And there is no fix for this because of third grade quality Exynos 990.

This should not be the case Samsung has, to provide some, soltuion or have, to change, the device as i have spent the money and I know how hard it is to earn such amount.

Samsung can solve this on an update but they wouldn't do that bcoz they are busy on their next flagship phones always and they forget to correct their mistakes. please Samsung do something for your trusty customers and solve this heating issues.

nothing will happen with software update as we hvae already got One UI 3.0 if it can they will add the solution in the update
