S20 FE media picker battery drain

Any guess what's this "Media picker" draining battery in SAMSUNG? Turned of sync and everything but nothing seems to work although "Contact storage" stopped draining battery

When we set ringtone from any mp3 file it uses sound picker. Exactly don't know about media picker. Have you installed any app regarding photos and gallery?

Maybe but I haven't used any thirdy party ringtone via app or anything.
