S20 FE Hard reset not working

Due to touch issues aftwr Android 11 update, When I am trying to hard reset my samsung s20 fe. The mobile goes to lock screen after a vibration. My mobile is in Android 11. Is hard reset option removed?

you need to connect usb c cable or usb c earphone first, then try

It changed with Android 11, now you need to plug the USB-C / micro-USB cable along with the combination buttons (Press & Hold the Power and Volume Up button)

you can enter recover mode by doing this
connect ur device to pc by usbc cable
and make sure ur device is visible in computer as logged in
turn off ur device with the cable connected to pc
and now hold power up and switch on button together until the recovery menu pops up

Thank you for this solution! I have been trying to hard rest my S20 FE 5G Android 11 for 2 days with no success and was on Samsung's help line twice with no results.  This solution did get me to the android menu I need to factory restart!
