I am using Samsung S20Fe 5g device. Jio 5g is not able to use. I call jio customer care, As per the team my device is not from India, Actually its buy from Samsung Showroom India and using in India only. Help me to rectify the issue. Why Jio 5g network is not able to use in my S20 Fe 5g device.

Jio service cetre is lying may be because my friend have S20 FE 5G and 5G is working so perfect in his phone. Have you varified your phone from samsung care that is that a device really from outside of india? If it is true then you got scamed

Actually i buy my phone from Samsung Showroom. Today i call Samsung Helpline number but that genius team even dont know how to check, i shared even my Device IMEI number. Always they will answer please hold the line after the answer is visit service center. Dont know,

Check the service provider software version of your device from software information...

You have to upgrade to android 13 or if you have android 12, just flash the CP and home CSC files of the android 13 (month : Feb 2023) patch via the ODIN software.

By doing this, only the jio 5G 3500 MHz will get enabled. If you upgrade to any patch of the android 13 after Feb 2023, you will not be able to flash the older android version anymore.
