S10 lite SIM issue

I am facing a problem in my S10 lite from past 10-15 days that daily about 2-3 times i am not able to call anyone and not able to receive any calls(switch off) but my internet working properly and the signal is also showing properly, but this issue is not occuring in my sim 2 that is VI and my first sim is JIO, i don't know that it's a SIM problem or my SIM port problem.

If someone have any suggestion then they can reply me.

go to settings >general Management >reset>reset network and observe
