My friend's Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite experienced the well-known display line issue. Everything was fine until the June security patch, after which a line appeared and another followed. He contacted customer care and were asked to surrender the phone for investigation and free repair. However, upon submitting the phone, silly excuses were given, like minor back scratches being considered physical damage, leading to the rejection of free repair. Many Samsung phones, especially the S10 Lite, have exhibited this display line issue. The problem is not with the owner, but Samsung has yet to fully acknowledge it.
