Un satisfied samsung customer facing problem s20 and s20+ display issue i request to samsung india have to take respons s20 and s20+ customer this phone as default problem without any physical damage phone become so many fault it should be effect samsung sale definitely comparable to other brands low price quality phone are better than S series it's my humble request to sort it out customer issue then only Samsung sale will grow up!

Even service center people not checking properly and the fix after inspect my phone they forget to put score also very clean job they doing **bleep** experience With them

Please go to service center. Samsung india acknowledged this as an issue and offering free screen replacement till December 2022. Even out of warranty.i went and given my unit today.

Samsung customer support in Chennai has doing good job as specially senior executive Niveda S  they respect our Samsung family they solve my s20 display problem without any charge and thanks to Samsung service center Ascent enterprise Chennai thanks you so much guys
