I am using S21 FE 888. I have seen in videos there is supposed to be a transition animation when you are going from AOD to Lockscreen. For some reason that animation isn't showing on my device. Does anyone have any solution to this issue?

Update : I have contacted Samsung Support through WhatsApp and later on a call. They themselves don't have a clear knowledge of the features and the terms. They don't even know when you can't screen record AOD as it is in a locked state or see while on a call. The call I received from the support team doesn't even know how Always on Display works. All they know is how to turn things off and on. And obviously the solution to all problems: Please Reset Your Device

Basically, their so-called same software experience for fans doesn't have this minor tweak on software. The smooth transition animation between AOD to Lockscreen doesn't exist in S21FE 888 as of my findings and knowledge.

Thanks for confirming. I couldn't find any working solution to this. Maybe it is a flagship thing.

Don't bother bro,,, Samsung doesn't consider fe series as flagship phones and don't provide us full flagship experience. They discriminate but people really aren't aware...

Surely they do. Just look at the huge lock screen changes that they made in one UI 6 update. You can now move your clock. 🤣

Wow such a big change. Lol,,, n I'm sure they'll strip half the features from one ui 6.1 update for our devices

Samsung customer service is a joke... And Samsung pays them 😂😂 untrained people behind the desk and calls... It's all **bleep** just to get the fame of being a company who provide 24x7 customer service... The service that solves nothing, that knows nothing and that does nothing

can't understand their mentality for doing that, but that transition from Aod to lock screen actually looks **bleep** cool, that's why they can introduce bunch of useless extra features in fe series but not those one which can actually create difference.
