Galaxy SThen check for OEM Unlocking option in developer option, you will find developer option in end of setting page, if you can't find it then it's disabled and ignore this step. But if you found it disable OEM option and then whole developer option.
Now search in the settings, Device admin apps, and see here if any third party app got the admin level permission and disable it.
If your device isn't rooted, uninstall those apps then restart the device then reinstall them and try again.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
