Hi,

I received the below error when trying to connect to Teams and outlook from my S23. But I didn't root the device. How to reverse the rooting.

Firstly download an app called root checker from store, to double check.

Then check for OEM Unlocking option in developer option, you will find developer option in end of setting page, if you can't find it then it's disabled and ignore this step. But if you found it disable OEM option and then whole developer option.

Now search in the settings, Device admin apps, and see here if any third party app got the admin level permission and disable it.

If your device isn't rooted, uninstall those apps then restart the device then reinstall them and try again.

Take it to Samsung care. They will be able to flash the firmware.

Developer option was not turned on. So, I tried clearing the cache in the problematic apps and it works now
