Galaxy SHello,
Today morning 11th of july 2022, all of sudden my phone showing green vertical line.
Can anyone please suggest me what to do with this issue, I tried restarting which couldn't resolved.
I bought this phone 2 years back and never dropped or never in contact with water.
Last week on 5th of july there was one security update, which I updated.

Galaxy SSamsung ready to replace display with 3 year warranty of mobile phone ....what we do we have 3.5-4 year mobile...its totally your problem - samsung .. if you ready to replace within only 3 years then why you give an update for outdate mobile... if you think you phool your coustomer, remember it- we dont buy again any samsung and tell all friend circle dont buy samsung the want only mony not coustomer

Galaxy SAfter installing the update I noticed the
appearance of persistent green lines on the
device's display, rendering it unusable.
Considering the timing of the issue and the fact
that it occurred immediately after the software
update, it is evident that the problem is not a
result of any mishandling or damage on my
part. This strongly suggests that the update has I have been a loyal customer of Samsung for
several years and have always appreciated the
quality and reliability of your products. I trust
that your esteemed company values customer
satisfaction and stands behind the integrity of
its software updates
kindly request D prompt response and a
resolution to this matter. I hope that Samsung
will take full responsibility for the issue and
brovide a free replacement for my Samsung
S20+ smartphone

I look forward to a favorable resolution.
