Nothing can be done now. It's not possible to add 5G bands in a device that's already in the market since long.

But Airtel 5g works but keep fluctuating to 4g i think some 5g bands are in this model but jio 5g its not supporting

You should have bought an Indian S22 ultra. Anyways its not your fault, you probably didn't know. Afaik its jio which is blocking international models from accessing their 5g network so samsung cannot do anything.

Yes i was not knowing i bought renewed new condition mobile i thought it wl be indian version
but for return they are also not responding properly 😒
