As a user of the Samsung Galaxy S23FE, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the device I purchased from Flipkart on October 16th. Since last week, my phone has been experiencing frequent and unexpected restarts. Initially, these restarts occurred only when using the Instagram application, but have since expanded to include other applications, games, and even YouTube. Additionally, the phone hangs or exhibits bugs when accessing the quick panel, and there is a noticeable delay when exiting games or applications. The home screen wallpaper also experiences a delay in loading, and the time and battery indicators are not displaying correctly. These issues have persisted for the past two days and have significantly impacted my user experience.

In contrast, my friends who own the Samsung Galaxy S23EE and Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Exynos variants have not encountered any similar problems, despite using their devices extensively for gaming. This leads me to believe that the issues I am experiencing are the result of a manufacturing defect, and I kindly request a replacement device.

As a student relying on a scholarship, I saved diligently to purchase this phone with the expectation that it would last for several years without requiring replacement. However, the issues I have encountered within a month of purchase have left me deeply disappointed. Given Samsung's reputation for quality products, I had high hopes for the Samsung Galaxy S23FE, and I trust that you will promptly address this matter to my satisfaction. 
In fact, the nearby service center location is also invalid. I visited that city but could not find it. Inaccurate maps with incorrect information and locations were shared by the Samsung chat support team.

If Your phone was not any damage it's Cover under warranty.

Yeah, it's not damage. However, just by using it for 10 to 15 days, how can a phone get damaged?😂
Can it be repaired by one day ? I have to leave for college 🙃

I understandbut it's Samsung Policy.

You can visit Nearest Service Center they find what the issue in your phone. If spare parts availability as per Service Center.

If Spareparts available they will give you same day.

Did you try a factory reset ?. Back up before. Look for apps with suspious behaviour. Uninstall apps one by one (Law of elimination) and see if problem solves.

I must mention that a now just few minutes ago, I visited the Samsung service center, but the location was completely incorrect. In fact, they did not receive my phone call at all.

If I am buying from Flipkart, will the invoice be sufficient to show the service center? Or I have to carry all box accessories?
