I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service regarding a green line issue on my Samsung Galaxy S22 mobile phone.
I purchased the phone in 2023 and have been a loyal customer of Samsung, having previously owned the S8.
I didn't even do software update but the green line appeared on the screen, which was quite bothersome. I promptly took the phone to your authorized service center for assistance.
They said they are providing free screen replacement only for s21 and when I contacted customer care they said only for s22 ultra policy is applicable.
I contacted customer care again and they told me to create the job sheet and they said they will call me after 24 hours, but I didn't receive any call.
I have contacted customer care again, they said for s22 there is no free replacement policy. But there is no physical damage and I didn't do any software update also. The issue came automatically.
Now I got another green line and red line also.
I have been told that I have to pay the repair charges which will be approximately 13000 to 14000. I purchased the mobile for 62000 and now without my fault why do I need to bear the repair charges.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and expect a satisfactory resolution. I would appreciate a thorough investigation into the cause of the green line issue and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I have faced.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

They are saying it's only paid service. There is no free replacement policy for s22.
But without any fault from my side, I'm not going to bear the charges.
