Range issue

My phone is not getting any range inside the house or in middle of busy place.. i can only use wifi calling.. if there is no wifi it goes to emergency mode usually 
Rarely only i get to use the mobile network 
I changed the sim to another phone it does not have this issue 
Only my s23 ultra have this issue
