Galaxy SI purchased Galaxy S24 Ultra from Samsung Shop app with instant exchange offer. I generated the exchange code through Cashify Diagnose app after successfully completing all tests. However, the delivery person could not successfully scan the code due to an issue with Cashify/Samsung systems. Next delivery attempt also resulted in the same issue.
So in summary, Samsung took money from me, and many other with pre order amount and not delivering phones.
Thought of using Android than using iPhone, but I have realised it's all **bleep** promises.

Galaxy SI didn't face this kind of issue with other brands, so was not aware.
But people who are thinking to buy from Samsung E Shop can buy from the store.

Galaxy SEven I faced an issue where they gave me only 31k exchange price for my S23 and after placing the order within 5 mins shop app showed instant exchange price of 41k.
Samsung did not cancell my order and kept saying we will provide a resolution in 24 hours and then that's it ultimately blue dart person called for delivery & I had to reject the order and I ended up losing all pre order benefits.
I have also decided to never use Samsung shop app.
Worst customer support from Samsung Shop as well.

Galaxy SI was reading through the community forum when I noticed that many others, despite paying a sizable sum of money, had to deal with the same issue (those who reported, there will be many more).
Furthermore, this problem has been for at least two years. Is there any possibility to advance it to a more significant level? Thus, some do not experience this level of turmoil.
