why can i not turn on advanced calling and messaging on my s22+ 5g network? 

I'm not able to share photos or videos on either of the apps(google messages or samsung messages)

i figured it out
i don't know why it does not work in samsung messages, but it does work in Google messages even with a jio sim

Correct. This is same since long time. I wonder why Samsung hasn't fixed it yet.
