I'm currently using S21 fe and I've started preferring google's RCS messaging and it's been good so far till I had to download a voice note. Even with stable network the voice note just doesn't get downloaded, it keeps on buffering. Tried every possible method I could find online like resetting the network settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the goggle message app, clear cache memory, force stopping the application and the list goes on. But it didn't work after all.
