Profile card is not editable in contacts

Is anyone facing issue with profile card couldn't be able to editable for some users?

You can use any of these methods to view, edit and save contacts on your Samsung Galaxy Smartphone.

Method 1: Through 'contacts app'

Go to Contacts App, and select contact to view it

Tap Edit to modify the contact details.

Tap 'Save' the contact will be saved.

Method 2: Through ' Phone app'

Go to 'Phone app', and tap 'contacts'

Select contacts

Tap details icon to view the contact

Tap 'Edit' to modify the contact details.

Tap 'Save'

Or you can report an Error using the Samsung Member Application

Launch Samsung Members app.

Tap on Support, scroll down the screen and select Error Reports.

Choose a Category below.

Make Sure That Send System Log Data is selected to help resolve your questions quickly and describe your problem in detail.

Change the Frequency to Whichever You Prefer.

You Will Get a Response Notification Shortly From Samsung.
