Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am facing an issue with my Galaxy S24 Ultra’s S Pen. The S Pen is not charging, and the S Pen icon constantly appears in the notification bar. The notification says "Insert your S Pen", even though it is already inserted in the device. After a few seconds, it changes to "Disconnected".

Details:

Device Model: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

Issue: S Pen not charging, connection errors

Notifications:

1. “Insert your S Pen” (even when inserted)


2. “Disconnected” shortly afterward



Steps Taken: Restarted the phone, reinserted the S Pen, cleaned the slot — but the problem still persists.


Please advise on how this can be resolved or guide me through the next steps for repair or replacement.
