Hi Mpho as off today's date I have still not received my Samsung Galaxy Ear Buds or even had a phone call from Samsung service team regarding this matter it's absolutely disappointing the service a person is getting from Samsung is so poor I honestly hope that either you or someone gets hold of me as soon as possible. I have a case number from when I spoke to Vaun Molten on the 15th Jan 2021 regarding my issue in not receiving my product that I was supposed to get when purchasing my Samsung S20 Ultra 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 sadly it looks like Samsung does not take pride in their customer services 🤬🤬😤😤
