I submitted my claim yesterday after getting my S21 Ultra, i hope Samsung won't dissappoint me abd that they will indeed ship my Free Buds Pro. @Mpho_Mash, please make sure they do.
@Reydin are we supposed to get a confirmation email? all I got was a "reference" number and have had no form of feedback or confirmation since submitting... does anyone know how long this process takes to get the free Buds
I got my confirmation email, also hidden away in promotions tab!. I am a happy camper, will call them to arrange delivery. Thanks Samsung, you guys are the best of the best
