Portrait mode not working on S20 FE 4G

The portrait mode doesn't work at all in my S20FE 4G everything else is fine but that doesn't work.

Any solution??

Did you tried reset camera settings?

I did but nothing, same issue

Once go to settings>apps>show system apps>clear cache/data of portrait

I had my phone reset and it was still the same

no error, I take the pic but it just a normal one, not effect no portrait

this is what happens, before this it would have just added the effect snd says ready in yellow outline, plus this works fine with selfie camera
