**Request for Samsung's Assistance and Global Service Support**

I’ve been a loyal Samsung user for years, but I’m currently facing an issue with my Galaxy S22 Ultra that I hope the team at Samsung can help address.

On April 4th, following a recent software update, a pink line appeared in the middle of the screen. The phone was in perfect condition before this, with no drops or physical damage, and this issue seems to have arisen entirely from the update. 

Unfortunately, since this device was purchased in the UAE, I am unable to send it back there for inspection or repair. I’ve visited service centers in India, where I was provided with job sheets confirming the issue, but I was told that a free replacement could not be offered because it’s an overseas model.

I’m requesting Samsung to kindly make an exception in this case and assist me with a free replacement or repair. Additionally, I urge Samsung to consider implementing a more robust global service policy, ensuring customers can receive support regardless of where their device was purchased. Many users, including myself, rely on Samsung not just for its innovative technology but also for its customer support and reliability.

I truly hope Samsung can help resolve this matter and maintain the trust of its global customer base. Thank you for your time and understanding.

As you have already visited the service center and they have provide you information after inspecting the device physically. According to Samsung policies, Since your product was purchased from abroad, repair will be on a chargeable basis. They will ensure you receive original parts at a genuine cost along with a service invoice.
