S22 Ultra After one ui 7 Android 15 Not smooth,5g issue, Green or Pink Line

Dear Samsung Support,

I am writing to report multiple issues I have been experiencing with my Galaxy S22 Ultra after the recent software updates.

1. Overheating – My phone heats up quickly during regular use, which was not the case before the update.


2. 5G Connectivity Problems – The 5G network often gets disconnected or disabled on its own.


3. Performance Lag – The phone feels laggy and less smooth overall, which affects the user experience.



Additionally, a friend of mine who uses the same model is facing a green line issue on the display after the update. Thankfully, I have not yet encountered the green or pink line problem, but I am very concerned given the current issues.

Kindly look into these problems urgently and release a fix as soon as possible.

As you are facing multiple issues with your device, we kindly ask you to share the log file with us. Additionally, if you have any video clips or images that illustrate the problem, it would greatly enhance our understanding.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement for Green line problem

I installed one ui7 update on samsung galaxy s22 plus on 9 th may and after that i got a pink line on display. This update ruins my perfectly running mobile.
I don't know what to do next?
