Pink line on display

My samsung galaxy S21 was working properly till yesterday i got an software update.After the update a horizontal pink line has appeared on the screen.
 
Aftet visting your service center they informed me that since, my device is out of warranty they can't change the display or repair the mobile and replacment cost is around 13000/-

Since, my phone does not have any physical damage or water damage nor the line has appered my mistake. It was working totally fine before the update then why should i pay any amount for any kind on manufacturing defect or software issue.
 
And also it has been noticed in many samsung S21 series devices and they have been provided with the solution till may month then.
What about the customer facing this issue after may.
Why is the policy only till may month.
Do samsung i intentionally putting damage display to scam their contumer and ewer money for them

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue.
