Got a pink line on my S23+ after software update. @Samsung please take responsibility for it. S21 & 22 series are covered under this issue for free replacement of screen but not S23 series.

It's not true can get free replacement for s23 also. My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply try

I called Samsung customer care today and they denied any free replacement of display stating that not many users of S23 series are facing this issue.

Same thing happened with s22 ultra . Unable to get any support from samsung care .

Visit the service center and request them
Samsung is giving a free screen replacement for some S23 users as well

I went to a authorised samsung service center and the guy told me to first check with samsung customer care. If they will allow or admit that it is a software issue then they will provide a free replacement. And Samsung customer care straight away denied any free replacement.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I appreciate your response but it still doesn't feel right to pay premium price for Samsung devices and in return get such a disappointing experience. Your hardwares can't keep up with your software updates. What's the point of providing 4 years of updates if the hardwares fails within 2 years?
