Samsung phones are not optimized im using s23 ultra sometimes its laging whatsapp crashes keyboard disappears phone drops refresh rate when video calling someone battery drains fast even my phone apps and software is updated
Some times when i use WHATSapp or imo to video call someone my phone heatsup drops refreshrate drains battery and when i do same with my iphone 10 it works smooth fine with no issue .
Samsung should focus on optimisations rather than bringing useless feature

Hello. I'm not too familiar with iPhone/iOS, but I've read that Apple does have some extensive restrictions re Apps at runtime, leading to some power efficiencies, etc.

On Samsung, there are some additional steps that you can take to "optimize" your device. I suggest you search the forum for examples. You'll definitely find some. Hurry.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Samsung S23 Ultra. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are committed to addressing the issues you're facing.

We understand how frustrating it can be when your phone lags or apps like WhatsApp crash. Ensuring all apps are up to date can help alleviate these issues. You can also try clearing the cache for the affected apps.
How to Clear Cache:
Go to Settings > Apps.
Select the app (e.g., WhatsApp) and tap Storage.
Tap Clear Cache.

Keyboard issues can sometimes be fixed by resetting the keyboard settings or using a different keyboard app temporarily.
Reset Keyboard Settings:
Go to Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings.
Tap Reset to default settings.

The refresh rate may drop to conserve battery and manage heat during intensive tasks like video calling. This is a common practice in high-performance devices.
Consider adjusting the refresh rate manually in settings to maintain a consistent experience.
Adjust Refresh Rate:
Go to Settings > Display > Motion smoothness.
Choose the desired refresh rate option.

Battery drain during video calls can occur due to high power consumption by the camera and screen. Here are a few tips to optimize battery life:
Reduce screen brightness and timeout settings.
Disable background data usage for apps that are not in use.
Use Power Saving Mode when necessary.

Different operating systems and hardware configurations can lead to varying experiences. Samsung continually works on software optimizations to improve user experience.
